Visual Tree Assessments

Utilising the Visual Tree Assessment [VTA] method devised by Mattheck and Breloer [the Body Language of Trees – Research for Amenity Trees No. 4, 1994] we will conduct inspections to assess the condition of individual trees or groups of trees, offering recommendations on immediate and future management.

We can also undertake large scale tree condition surveys using our in-house computerised data capture system.  Our inspectors also have extensive experience in using Arbortrack, Ezytreev and Confirm.  Previous and current tree survey clients include the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Epsom and Ewell Council, Mole Valley Council, the London Borough of Hillingdon and the London Borough of Wandsworth.

SUBSIDENCE RISK ASSESSMENTS

Insurance companies often insist on this type of report for mortgage purposes.

An inspection is conducted to assess the likelihood of trees causing subsidence damage to an identified property. A presentable, hard copy report is produced covering the assessment of the trees (within influencing distance) both on and off subject property. We will also detail recommendations for remedial tree works.
